The growing ecommerce in Poland

Polish ecommerce is booming, giving all marketplace sellers a great opportunity to scale up their revenue and business. Last year its online retail sales grew to a record number of €22 billion. That’s an increase of 25%, compared to 2019.

The future looks even more promising for the Polish online market. The ecommerce revenue is expected to grow at an annual rate of 7.28% between 2021 and 2025, bringing a total market volume of over €15m. Poland’s annual growth rate of ecommerce revenue in the years 2021-2025 is expected to outpace Europe’s strongest economies such as the UK (3.47%), Germany (5.35%), and France (5.24%).

Insightful & practical webinar

The great potential is there. In the upcoming years, Poland will no doubt be one of the quickest developing ecommerce markets in Europe. However, selling internationally, and in particular, to Polish consumers, might come with a pinch of the unknown for some marketplace sellers.

Together with our partner Allegro (Poland’s most loved and recognizable ecommerce platform), we aim to support marketplace sellers who are thinking of or maybe have already started selling on the Polish market. Our webinar session shows what great opportunities the Polish ecommerce market offers in a simple, insightful, and practical way.

Our speakers Katarzyna Rosa (Allegro), Agata Zimniewicz (Allegro) and Maciej Bednarek (Webinterpret) show marketplace sellers how to get the upper hand on Poland’s booming online market. Their presentation covers points, such as the top-selling events and emerging opportunities in Poland in 2021or valuable insights on how to best set up your business on Allegro. It’s designed to help marketplace sellers like you understand how to use the Allegro marketplace to your best advantage.

With the global ecommerce forecasted to bring $4.9 trillion in online sales in 2021, we are witnessing an unprecedented increase in online purchases. Online platforms like Allegro, Cdiscount, or eBay not only enjoy enormous popularity among consumers. With buyers worldwide increasingly browsing and completing their purchases there. These marketplaces also increase their share in the global ecommerce revenue, making marketplace selling an ideal way to boost your revenue, both domestically and internationally.
