We’re back with another biweekly Webinterpret in Review. This week we have a few general improvements on our website, some news about our Amazon solution and present yet another set of handy articles about the world of cross-border trade. Read on for more…
- We have implemented a new login page for our Webinterpret seller UI.
- We are preparing our system to handle the increased number of orders expected in the upcoming holidays.
- The new HelpDesk (formerly known and MTS) will give sellers the ability to answer domestic messages as well as foreign ones. An option will allow users to easily turn this functionality on or off.
- We are working on adding all features from the old seller UI to the new one.
- We would like to remind all users to please read this guide on how to prevent foreign listings from being created beyond Webinterpret’s control. These orphaned (duplicate) items are often created using third-party eBay relisting tools or manually created by users, and can lead to negative consequences.
- Our new Webstores solution is getting ready for the German market.
- We finished the backend logic behind the new HelpDesk (new MTS) that supports receiving and categorizing messages sent to sellers. The new message translation system for Amazon is still far from complete, but it’s coming along nicely.
- We are getting closer to finalizing our partnership with Amazon US. We are all very excited that our Amazon sellers will eventually have access to one of the world’s largest markets.
