WebInterpret is a professional solution for on-line multilingual conference calls. Every participant speaks their own language — and hears their own language, too. Simultaneous translation is possible thanks to WebInterpret’s break-through language routing system and global community of qualified interpreters.
WebInterpret was designed to provide greater ease of use for everyone. Emphasis is placed on simplicity.
Now, interpreters no longer need to travel and can work from their home or office while participants can limit their travel and organize multilingual conferences in record time.
Our challenge: Organize a multilingual conference call in just three clicks.
While working in multicultural teams the world over, WebInterpret’s founders faced language barriers. Especially when working away they found themselves powerless when facing challenging comprehension problems. By working with interpreters, they discovered that this profession usually requires relentless travel. This often becomes a burden for the interpreters, and for those paying their bills.
That is why WebInterpret was created — to allow interpreters, agencies and clients with new technologies such as Voice over IP (VoIP) and the Internet.
WebInterpret is a private French company based in Sophia Antipolis technology park in France.
In developing its multilingual platform, WebInterpret is working in collaboration with French Ministry of Research and is supported by OSEO, the French Innovation Agency. The technology used is patented.
WebInterpret is developing break-through services to make multilingual communication accessible. Its platform is able to host up to 100 participants simultaneously.
