Ordering a conference call on WebInterpret is quick and simple.
In the form available on the homepage and in your private space, key in the necessary information:
Pay for your conference call by credit card and PayPal. Both these payment solutions are well known for their security and privacy policies.
Once your conference call is ordered, we ask for account authorisation for an amount of 1.5 times the estimated cost of the conference call. By taking this precaution, you don’t have to worry about exceeding the timeframe. This authorisation is not an account debit. It’s just asecurity measure for us. Once your conference call is finished, we sum up the communication time to create an invoice. We then debit the account used for the authorisation.
You can add or delete participants at any time.
But you can only add languages.
Conference calls and meetings on WebInterpret are interpreted simultaneously. You speak and your interlocutors hear translated speech simultaneously. WebInterpret is the first solution offering such interpretation services.
The interpreters we recommend are professionals who have been evaluated by other professional interpreters.

Due to their experience, interpreters may be specialised in various domains.
When booking conference calls, we strongly advise you to specify the field of your conference call. Interpreter recommendations will take these criteria into account.
If your meeting is in a very specialised field, we invite you to download a glossary while booking. It will be sent to the interpreters you select and allow them to prepare for the conference call. We recommend you give the interpreter at least 48 hours to digest this glossary.
Pay only per minute used!
Once you have chosen your interpreter from those offered for your conference call, the interpreting price per minute is shown on screen.
This varies from €0.5 per minute to €1.5, depending on the language required. Once you have selected the interpreter, the total price of the conference call is displayed.
This covers both the cost of telecommunication and the interpretation service.
By way of illustration — The total price for a conference call between two participants, speaking two different European languages (hence one professional interpreter), and lasting 30 minutes is just €45 — including all communication charges! (General terms of use apply.)
You can hold a conference with up to 100 participants and three different languages.
